I am Hazem Elbahy — a system builder and strategic technology partner based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. I design and build governed software systems that connect operations, ERP, AI, data, and execution into platforms that work reliably in the real world.
What I Build
My work spans the core layers of modern enterprise systems:
Platform Architecture. I design the structure behind business platforms — workflows, integrations, data flow, multi-role access, and long-term technical scalability. The architecture decisions made early define whether a system can evolve with the organization or becomes a constraint.
ERP and Operational Systems. I build systems for purchasing, stock management, operations, dashboards, internal workflows, and multi-role business execution. These are the systems that run organizations day to day — they need to be reliable, fast, and maintainable.
AI and Automation. I integrate governed AI, workflow automation, decision-support flows, and operational intelligence into production environments. The focus is always on controlled, auditable AI that supports operations — not experimental technology that creates new risks.
Web Platforms and Mobile Products. I build business-facing web platforms, customer-facing digital experiences, and mobile applications that connect to real backend logic and operations. The front end is the surface — what matters is how it connects to everything behind it.
How I Work
I start by understanding the business — not the screens. Goals, workflows, constraints, decision flows, and the operational reality that any system must support. Then I design the platform structure, build it using the right tools and technologies, and stay involved after launch to stabilize, improve, and scale.
I care about architecture, long-term maintainability, cost efficiency, and execution quality — not just shipping features. Every system I build is designed to be operated, maintained, and evolved over time, not just delivered and forgotten.
Why Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia is in the middle of one of the most ambitious digital transformations in the world. Vision 2030, the Year of AI 2026, PDPL, and massive infrastructure investments are creating an environment where serious system building is not just possible — it is necessary. Organizations need platforms that are governed, scalable, and aligned with the Kingdom's regulatory and strategic direction.
Working from Jeddah, I bring an understanding of both the technical requirements and the business reality.
